Order Process

To Make Order

1. Please place order by sending message to us through whatsapp, SMS or facebook messenger.

Order Steps

1. Check through our delivery coverage area before making order.

2. Browse through our lists of fruits and fruits gift and then select your preferred choice.

3. Contact us for ordering and set delivery time. (Please ensure there is people to receive the fruits/ fruits gift at agreed delivery time)

   • For fruits order: send us the fruit name and quantity.

   • For fruit gift order, send us the fruit gift series (Gift Box/ Signature Box/ Premium Platinum Box/ Premium Gold Box/ Healthy Box/ Customize), at the same time let us know your preferred fruit; if you do not have idea, leave it to us to mix and match for you.

4. Proceed for payment and send payment receipt to us.

5. After receiving payment, we will start sourcing and hand pick the fruits. In case your preferred fruit is not available, we will contact you to propose other fruits for exchange.

6. We take around 3 days (exclude weekend and public holidays) for delivery after receiving payment.

7. Same day delivery is applicable if order before 12pm, only Healthy Fruit Box is available for this express service and location is limited to Setapak Columbia Hospital.

8. Additional Service: We can include short wishing note (~20 words) in the fruit gift, please request during ordering.
